FAQ

I can no longer attend the concert I have booked tickets for. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for customer cancellations. You can try selling your ticket on to someone who is able to take your place, or contact us to see if your ticket can be transferred to another concert (see more details below.)

If the concert is cancelled will I get a refund?

If we are forced to cancel any of our events, customers will receive a refund of their ticket fee.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We’re always crossing our fingers that the British weather will be on our side! But, if the weather is poor and prevents a concert from going ahead at the scheduled time, ticket holders will be notified of inclement weather arrangements as soon as they come into place. These may include postponement, cancellation & refund or other measures.

I have tickets for one concert, can I swap to another?

Please contact us if you wish to swap your tickets to another concert. Please note that any transfers are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to swap – but we will do our best! Please note that if we are unable to accommodate a swap we will not be able to refund your ticket.

I bought a combined ticket but can’t attend all of the performances, can I get a refund or part-refund?

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for customer cancellations.

We suggest attending all of the concerts that you can!

Please contact us if you would like a friend to attend the concert you cannot, using your ticket, as we will need to enact a name change for them to be admitted.

Can I bring my own picnic and drinks?

Yes – we think it adds to the atmosphere! Tea/coffee and cake will be available on site for all our afternoon events.

For all our events you are invited to bring your own wine/picnic.

Is seating provided?

Yes!
